（中国‧北京）不少人爱喝的珍珠奶茶，会可能导致不育！

中国专家称，现时街头出售的珍珠奶茶大多数既不含奶，也不含茶，而是奶精掺茶粉及香精、色素等其他替代品而成；其中，奶精的主要成份氢化植物油，是一种反式脂肪酸，会降低男性荷尔蒙的分泌，抑制精子活力，增加不育或胎儿畸形的风险，准备开枝散叶的男性还是少喝为妙。

此外，大量吸入反式脂肪酸，也会增加心血管疾病、肿瘤的发病率。

China. Bubble Milk Tea May Lead to Infertility

According to experts in China, the bubble milk tea sold on streets mostly do not consist of neither of milk nor tea. Normally the bubble tea consists of milk extracts, tea extract, colourings and other additives. The milk extract is mainly the hydrogenised vegetable oil, a trans-fat, which would reduce the main hormone production and reduce the sperm activity, thus lead to infertility or even birth defects.

Similarly, consumption of high quantity of trans-fat would also increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases and the incidence of tumour.
